IML seeks a strategic commercialization partner for its innovative Inorganic membrane products
IML has developed a new producing technique of gradient inorganic membranes and is now seeking a strategic partner for collaboration in the manufacture and sale of these novel, patent-protected products.Key advantages of IML¡¯s new producing technique of gradient inorganic membranes include:
  • The tubular gradient membrane was produced by one-step centrifugal casting without multi-forming and multi-drying, sintering.
  • The size of the raw material powders can be variable at a very wide range.
  • The tubular gradient membrane without visible layers border, because the size of the particles changes gradually from large to small along the radical cross-section of the tube.
  • The control layer with narrow pore size distribution can be formed on the inner surface of the tubular membrane.

Also, IML can manufacture many other porous ceramic supporters for pre-filtration processes.

The other kinds of cartridge, disc, hemisphere, etc. ceramic filter have manufactured commercially.

Advanced Low-Costtubular gradient Ceramic MF Membranes

Tubular diatomacoues earth membrane offers high flux, high porosity£¨above 65%£©with narrow pore size distribution(0.15¦Ìm) and without defect. The recovery of the trapping efficiency of the membrane is 100% with nearly 100% recover of flux efficiency with simple mechanical cleaning or back-flush. This kind of tubular membrane cab be used in the purification and clarification of the fluid such as water , juice, beverage and air etc. Key features of these innovative gradient membrane include:
  • 100% removal of the pathogenetic bacterium such as E. coli, Salmonelle, microzyme, staphylotoxin, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and mold , etc.
  • 100% removal of the rust, worm and suspension particles in the water
  • Mean pore size: 0.15¦Ìm, maximum ¡Ü0.4¦Ìm

The inner surface

The inner surface was the control layer of the gradient membrane with mean pore size of 0.15¦Ìm, ¡Ü0.4¦Ìm maximum, ¡Ý65% high porosity. It can be used as filter of MF, forr example, purification of drinking water and air, clarification of juice, beverage.

    Without electric power and municipal water supply, the sterilized , clarified water can be obtained from the rain water, cistern water, pond or puddle water in countryside, rural area. When the feed water permeate the ceramic membrane cartridges with pore size of ¡ê0.20mm, the contaminant in the water such as bacterium, bio-pollutant of algae, helminth and suspension particles of dirt can be removed.Army and/or someone elsecan obtain sterilized , clarified healthy water in the fieldwork and flood .
